Achieve the Impossible
RCC created an event that provided inspiration, learning and stimulation in an environment that supported networking, was inclusive and fun and had a very high quality hospitality experience.
‘Achieve the Impossible’, a Conference for 300 Accor General Managers from across Asia was held at the Sofitel Wanda Beijing. Highlights of the conference included a tour of the Olympic Games site, Welcome Function at the Rostrum (overlooking Tiananmen Square) and the Lan Club, Plenary Sessions with Keynote Speakers, Trade Exhibition, Brands Festival and Gala Dinner featuring entertainment by Sylvie Paladino and Soul Mystique.
The conference culminated in an Earth Guest Project at the Jing Hua Hope School, where old coal burning ovens in the school’s kitchen were replaced by new gas cookers. On the day over 200 General Managers built shelving and seating, planted gardens and painted walls and murals and playground. There was also a musical exchange between students and guests.
Robert Clark Creative was involved in all stages of the planning process and delivered integrated solutions that included communications, branding and design, sponsorship acquisition, an online delegate management system and onsite management of the plenary and all associated events.
